Myrtle, Thank you for posting a comment to my website. I will from time to time post a positive saying for you to remember to keep your body and mind in a state of wellness. The most important thing to remember is to focus on your root chakra and to connect to this energy centre using a deep earth breath. Focus on this statement while breathing, “I am choosing to be well. I am well.” Then visualize, a favourite place in your mind and breathe this energy into your body. Keep doing this breathing until you feel the shift in your body that “All is well”, Myrtle. Thanks for writing! Diane
